KeeleSU has moved into fifth place nationally for overall student satisfaction after students were asked to rate their Students’ Union as part of the National Student Survey (NSS).

The survey asks final year undergraduates to complete a series of questions relating to their satisfaction. KeeleSU is thrilled to announce that Keele Students’ Union received a score of 84% for overall satisfaction, placing it high above the national average (66%) and up thirteen places from 2012.

Ally Bird (VP Education) commented; “This year’s fantastic NSS score demonstrates Keele University’s commitment to improving the student experience and reflects the hard work that both Keele University and KeeleSU have devoted to ensuring that we are both meeting and exceeding the learning and teaching needs of students.

"The university’s exceptionally high score of 93%, which places it second in the country for ‘overall satisfaction’, is cause to celebrate.  Likewise, the Students’ Union’s impressive upturn is testament to all the hard work that KeeleSU has put into providing an outstanding student experience.”
