Keele University 50th Anniversary Community Day

2012 is the 50th anniversary of the award of Keele’s Charter as a university, and to celebrate the University is throwing open the doors on Saturday, June 23,  and encouraging everyone to join in a day full of fun.

It will give visitors the chance  to see the great things that the University is doing for the local community and around the world.

The Community Day will give people the chance to explore the beautiful, historic campus and enjoy events and activities throughout the day. The activities start at 10 am and run until 4 pm.

On the day they can get stuck into a language or sport taster session, or perhaps try their hand at finger printing/examining fibres, or visit the University observatory and sustainability hub, or listen to local young talented musicians on the outdoor stage.

Its a free, fun and interactive day for all ages and interests.
