Staff at Keele University are set to enjoy a range of activities designed to boost their health and wellbeing as part of a week-long University event.

Sporting drop-in sessions, complementary therapies, professional development and health advice will all be on the agenda during Keele’s Health and Wellbeing Week, which runs from Monday, June 6, to Friday, June 10.

A highlight of the week is a stress-busting laughter yoga session, which aims to help participants lift their mood while having fun.

Ian Williamson, head of Keele’s Department of Occupational Health and Safety, said: “Keele is keen to improve and maintain the health of all staff and to provide a healthy and stress-free environment.

“We are delighted to hold this extensive series of activities for the benefit of our staff and we hope to make it an annual event.”
