Biography

I have a background in both community and secondary care pharmacy. I started working for Keele University in 2015 as a tutor on the independent prescribing programme. I joined as a permanent member of staff in 2017 on the postgraduate team working across both the clinical pharmacy diploma and the independent prescribing programmes. In 2021 I accepted the position of MSc Clinical Pharmacy Programme manager.

I am a fellow of the Higher Education Academy and have an MA in medical education. I am also a Chair of the Keele academic misconduct committee.

Research and scholarship

My areas of interest are the wellbeing of post graduate students which I explored as part of my MA thesis and as part of the wellbeing in the curriculum KIITE working group.
