I joined the Keele University Benchmarking Service in 2004, which was integrated into the Centre for Medicines Optimisation within School of Pharmacy in 2008. I have a degree in History and American Studies, but developed data analysis skills in my previous job. I am currently responsible for the day-to-day running and development of both the Laboratory Benchmarking and Primary Care Benchmarking programmes. I also contribute towards pathology related international research publications.
