Interventions

Randomised to receive usual care (and a pain toolkit), a pedometer (with pedometer guide, walking diary and pain toolkit) or the iPOPP intervention. The iPOPP intervention comprises pain toolkit, two consultations with a health care assistant (HCA) and then 8 weekly motivational prompts to walk.
