The Chemical Sciences Research Centre currently has just over 20 members and 30+ postgraduate students.
With chemistry at the centre of many processes, the research at the Chemical Sciences Research Centre is very interdisciplinary. Staff within the Chemical Sciences Research Centre collaborate with other research centres at Keele University but also with a range of national and international universities. Particular interests include synthesis and medicinal chemistry, analytical chemistry and materials science.
Research by the Centre is supported by a range of modern analytical facilities. Much of the research undertaken is published in various internationally-recognized journals with high impact factors.
