Bespoke In-House Programmes for Organisations and Teams

The Keele Clinical Leadership Academy has experience of working with many and various NHS organisations and teams providing personal and organisational support and expertise in leadership development. Our strengths are in leadership development of individuals and teams managing and delivering clinical services in the NHS.

A very important initial diagnostic part of the process of engagement is gaining understanding of the situation and needs of the client and each programme is tailored to meet those needs. This type of programme is, therefore, based very much on partnership between Keele Clinical Leadership Academy and the client. Throughout the programme there is regular discussion and feedback between the two parties.

KCLA has a long established record of working with partners in developing courses to prepare new consultants and senior trainees to be effective leaders in their specialty and in their wider organisations. 

One example of a programme that has been developed collaboratively is with the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (RCOG).

Leadership Development for SAS Doctors

Over many years, we have supported hundreds of SAS doctors to develop their personal leadership skills so that they can contribute effectively to improving patient services in their organisations.

We are able to collaboratively design and deliver a range of leadership development activities including bespoke courses and masterclasses, action learning sets, webinars and personal coaching. Tailored to the specific needs of your organisation, for up to 40 SAS doctors and CPD accredited.

A very important diagnostic part of the process of engagement is gaining an understanding of your situation and requirements.  Our programmes are very much based on a partnership between the Academy and yourselves.

Throughout the programme there is regular discussion and feedback between the two parties.
