Dr Peter Thomas, Fellow of Harvard Forest for a Second Year

Dr Peter Thomas has been awarded a second year as Fellow of Harvard Forest, Harvard University.  

Peter Thomas is a Reader in Plant Ecology in the School of Life Sciences, with research interests primarily in the ecology of individual trees, tree growth and seed production.  This award follows on from two sabbatical periods spent at Harvard Forest, the forest research station of Harvard.  The fellowship gives him access to all the resources of Harvard in order to complete a book on tree ecology and a number of review articles.
