If you are new to the University and would like to find out more about the resources and services available from the Library, you can make an appointment with your Liaison Librarian. Our contact details are here.

The Liaison team can help by:

  • Advising on what resources are available in your subject area, including e-resources
  • Delivering Library inductions for your students
  • Providing advice on, or delivering, information skills training sessions for your students
  • Providing advice and training on using RefWorks
  • Checking your module reading lists and advising on resource availability and ordering material not currently in our collections
  • Converting your reading list to an online version using Talis Aspire (Keele's online reading list system) and offering you with training on updating the list online
  • Updating information connected to the Library in your course or module handbooks
  • Being a point of contact for any enquiries you may have regarding the Library
  • Attending meetings with you, your colleagues, or your students, to get feedback about the Library or related services
