The way you sign in to some eResources will be changing on Monday 25 January.
As part of ongoing work to move Keele systems and services to being hosted in the Cloud, Information & Digital Services will be making changes to our Library institutional authentication system, (OpenAthensLA), on Monday.
Once work is completed, when staff and students log in to eResources which use the OpenAthensLA log-in, they will need to use their Keele email address and password, rather than their five-character Keele username, to gain access.
This is the same way you log-in to systems like Office 365, including Microsoft Teams. The way you sign in to the Keele Learning Environment (KLE) will also change to this log-in system on Friday 29 January.
Some other eResources, which are not accessed through Open Athens, will remain on the username and password log-in for a short period. Information & Digital Services will then move these resources over to the email address and password log-in later this year.
