Investigating Academic Literature 29 October
Reading Academic Literature
Reading at University is weird: the words are long and there’s rarely any plot or character development. However, dealing with the academic literature is vital to doing well at University—it's one of the most important ways to improve your knowledge.
Join the Academic Skills team for a seminar all about investigating academic literature. By attending, you will learn why being selective with your reading is important, how to pull apart and critically analyse what you read so you don’t immediately forget it, and what you can do to make using the literature in your assignments simple and straightforward.
