Hannah Jones port

Hannah joined Keele University as a Teaching Fellow in September 2017. 

She previously taught as a Lecturer at Staffordshire University, and before that worked for a number of years in further education. Hannah began her teaching career as a trainer, working across the public, private and charitable sectors.

Hannah is a graduate of Staffordshire University and holds an LLB (Hons) Law (2001), a PGCE in Post 16 Education (2008), and an LLM in Family Law (2010). Hannah is also a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy.

 

Hannah's research interests are broadly based in  family law and include; parenthood and the social family, kinship and assisted reproduction, and the balance between autonomy and care of vulnerable adults entering or ending marriage or civil partnerships.
 
Hannah is also interested in interdisciplinary approaches to research and the application of Systems Theory to family law.
