The teams that keep us ticking - School of Law Professional Services Team

The School of Law Professional Services Team deliver an effective and efficient administrative service supporting the School's suite of activities. The team works closely with academic colleagues in promoting a collegial environment, building a sense of community and ensuring that our students are well supported.

The team are committed to facilitating and enhancing the School's progressive ethos by applying specialist skills and knowledge to facilitate operational aspects of the School's strategic ambitions and objectives. The team adopts a collaborative and inclusive approach and together with academic colleagues and representatives of our student body, very successfully deliver innovative events and activities which significantly enhance student educational experience and the external profile of the School. Some recent examples include:

  • the Association of Law Teachers national conference in 2018
  • the development and delivery of the Community Legal Companion scheme, including training other Universities in the delivery of the scheme
  • the development and delivery of the first ever Keele University Law Fair in February 2019, attended by 450 students and 30 exhibitors
  • the development and delivery of Legal Advice Clinics from March 2019
