Since leaving Keele, I successfully completed the Legal Practice Course with distinction at the University of Law. I was one of only 20 students nationwide to be award a Law First Scholarship as a result of gaining First Class Honours at Keele.
Whilst finishing my LPC studies I secured a Paralegal role with a firm local to me, Adcocks Solicitors Limitedin Lichfield, Staffordshire. It was important to me to remain local and be able to make a difference. Adcocks is a firm specialising in Leasehold Reform Act work as well as Private Client, Residential and Commercial Property.
Following a year as a Paralegal I was then awarded a Training Contract and I successfully completed this in October 2018 and was admitted as a Solicitor. All the hard work paid off!
In my role at Adcocks I have a diverse caseload which I love- I thrive on a challenge. My time at Keele helped equip me with the skills needed for the wider legal world and it is a time I will always look back on fondly.
