Keele University Outreach Access Centre

Welcome to KUOAC, the Keele University Outreach Access Centre

Keele hosts a DSA (Disabled Student Allowance) Outreach Centre in partnership with University of Derby Assessment Centre (UDAC) and can assess any student wishing to attend an HE institution anywhere in the country

We are based in The Student Service's Centre, Tawney, T32. The venue is fully accessible with two disabled parking bays and an accessible toilet, and we are located within Disability and Dyslexia Support Team (DDS)

Staff in DDS help students with a range of disabilities (including dyslexia, Dyspraxia, ADHD, ASD, mental and physical issues) to apply for DSA.  This allowance enables eligible students to have non-medical weekly support, exam concessions and equipment tailored to suit the individual needs.

The current waiting times for an available assessment date is 15 days maximum

If you would like more information regarding this process please contact DDS and a member of staff will be happy to help.
