The Mercia Centre for Innovation Leadership (MCIL) is a prestigious innovation leadership programme that addresses distinctive organisational and leadership challenges for innovation-led, knowledge-intensive businesses across the Stoke-on-Trent and Staffordshire Local Enterprise Partnership area.
