Twenty first year Keele Management School (KMS) students studying International Business, Marketing and Management have been attending a summer school at Duale Hochschule Baden-Württemberg (DHBW) in Germany this week. The main aim is to get students to see in practice some of the issues taught during their course including, culture in an international context, international firms and international politics. Also, spending time at one of Keele’s partner university also gives the students a taster of what it’s like to study abroad.

Students have taken classes working with German students on managerial implications of current political developments including Brexit, German - US relationships, migration and social media. They also been on field trips to the Mercedes-Benz Museum in Stuttgart and the European Parliament in Strasbourg with German and international students currently studying at DHBW.
