Teaching Innovation Projects Scheme (TIPS)

The Teaching Innovation Projects Scheme offers colleagues the opportunity to gain funding to develop and evaluate their learning and teaching innovations.

For the past twenty years, the TIPS scheme has offered the opportunity for colleagues to gain funding to develop and evaluate their learning and teaching innovations.

Each year, funding of up to a maximum of £5,000 is made available for project proposals submitted addressing any area of learning, teaching or assessment, with 50% of the total fund ring fenced for projects explicitly aligned towards the Keele Access and Participation Plan. Project proposers are encouraged to consider how projects will ensure equality of opportunity for underrepresented groups to access, succeed and progress.

The call for funding for projects commencing in the academic year 2020-21 have now closed, however you can find out more about current and previously funded projects by exploring the content below.

The call for 2021-22 projects will open November 2020.
