Nick is Project Coordinator for the Student Knowledge Exchange Re-Imagined - Removing the barriers, engaging communities project. The project is led by Keele, delivered in collaboration with The University of Birmingham, funded by The Office for Students and Research England. Nick is responsible for implementing processes to enable to project to meet agreed targets at Keele and for overseeing the progress against project targets at both universities. He has worked in higher education for over six years at both The University of Manchester and Keele, predominantly working in widening participation and student recruitment, but has also spent working in admissions. Nick is passionate about ensuring students from backgrounds under-represented in higher education can access university level study, and develop skills to succeed in and progress from higher education study into graduate employment.
