I joined the Careers Team first in June 2017 as a research assistant, working with careers consultants to produce data on the experiences of Autistic Spectrum Disorder students and work experience modules. Later I assisted with a Higher Education Careers Service Unit (HECSU) project looking to understand what makes a good CV for employers.
I began working full-time as the Events and Digital Coordinator in October 2019. I am now responsible for the department’s spring and autumn event programme, as well as the annual Careers, Placements, and Postgraduate Fair, and the Networking with Professionals events.
My main aim in this role is to ensure communications with students, employers, and other stakeholders, are tailored and timely.
