Having graduated with a degree in Occupational Psychology with a Diploma in Careers Guidance, I have held a number of leadership and management roles in Higher Education and in both pre and post 16 education. I lead the careers and Employability team as we successfully support students and graduates into their graduate careers. This is through individual careers guidance, curriculum development, placement learning, practitioner-based research and employer engagement.

I serve on a number of national committees for the Association of Graduate Careers Advisory Services (AGCAS) including the Knowledge and Research group and the Phoenix Editorial Committee With a particular interest in leadership I have completed the AURORA development programme and the Banco Santander W30 leadership programme at University of California Los Angeles.
