As MPharm Course Director in the School of Pharmacy and Bioengineering (PhaB), I lead the design and implementation of teaching and assessments. I am reaccreditation lead for the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) accreditation of the MPharm courses; I have experience in quality assurance of the course, ensuring all required professional standards are met.  I have a wealth of experience in designing, delivering and evaluating teaching sessions and assessments to meet learning outcomes. I recently designed, implemented and evaluated an authentic assessment for final year MPharm students; this was presented at a recent Advance HE conference.   I have designed different summative assessments, including a triadic assessment (self, peer and tutor assessment) for an optional module. I have adapted the University Level 7 mark scheme to utilise for various assessments and am happy to support anyone wishing to do similar.  Appointed as a KIITE Fellow in Curriculum Design and Development; I am a member of the KIITE Fellow and Senior Fellow University panels at Keele and review HEA applications at fellowship and senior fellowship level. I am also a mentor for both SFHEA and HEA students; my role includes the provision of feedforward to support applicants in successful fellowship applications.
