Researcher Summer School 2019
This year the Researcher Summer School will take place from Monday 5 August to Friday 9 August, in Keele Hall - save the dates in your diary!
The Researcher Summer School provides an opportunity for postgraduate researchers, research-active staff and staff linked to research, to further their professional and career development through a week of workshops.
Over the week, there will be a variety of workshops for all researchers, including a Writing Retreat, Academic Reading Retreat, Career Planning, and Embedding Public Engagement with Research.
Most workshops are targeted at postgraduate researchers, but some sessions will be suitable for staff, particularly early career researchers.
All workshops are mapped to the Researcher Development Framework (RDF). The RDF articulates the knowledge, behaviours and attitudes of successful researchers and is a tool for planning, promoting and supporting your personal, professional and career development.
