International Student Ambassadors

The International Office at Keele employs several international students each year to act as International Student Ambassadors. This role involves supporting the International Office in a variety of projects, such as campus tours and presentations to visitors, helping to create digital media content for our social media channels and website, and communicating with International Applicants.

What do our previous ambassadors have to say about the role?

Marcus, PGT, International Relations and Politics, from the USA

“Talking to international students from all over the world is really interesting and getting to talk to them about Keele over the phone and in person is fun.”

Megan UG, English and Media, Communications & Culture, from Hong Kong

“IRD staff are really friendly and support and the office hours are really flexible so you can work it around your studies! I would recommend this role as it is a really valuable experience for the future.”

Yolany, UG, Biomedical Science, from Singapore

“I spoke to a girl from Canada and it was incredible to see how two individuals from different parts of the world who had never spoken to each other had so much in common. Conversation was flowing, we got on really well and I’m glad I could help her out. “
