Visiting fellows at the Institute 2019-20

This year’s call for applications to the ILAS visiting fellowship scheme brought a number of exciting proposals for collaborations with researchers from across the world. Institute of Archaeological Sciences (Institut für Archäologische Wissenschaften) at Goethe University Frankfurt.
Dr Erland will be working with Dr Sandra Woolley from the School of Computing and Mathematics on their joint project; 3D Acquisition and Virtual 3D Publication of Cuneiform Artefacts

Dr Pienkowski and Dr Alix Cage, School of Geography, Geology and the Environment, will be working on their joint project; Blue carbon and ice-ocean interactions in polar environments
