SHAR Hosts Annual Clinical Liaison Day
The School of Health and Rehabilitation recently held its annual ‘Clinical Liaison Day’ for practice educators and external stakeholders which offers the opportunity to share good practice and feedback on new developments.
During the day educators were able to discuss curriculum development, network with colleagues, feedback on recent placements and new developments and view student research topics.
Final year Physiotherapy students Anjali Reid, Yvonne Cheng, Hannah Finan, Lauren Vipond, Zoey Chan, Maiken Smylie, Helena Janovova, Jenni Picken, Rachel Knight, Robert Hart, Ruth Jackson, Tom Crone, David-Paul Malabar, Carl Reid and Oluwatoyin Williams research project posters were on display during the day with students present to discuss and answer questions about their work.
Certificates were awarded to educators who had been nominated by students who had felt they had been outstanding in their educator role; these were presented by Anand Pandyan (Head of School)
