SHAR Staff Celebrate Impressive NSS Results
‘Staff are extremely knowledgeable, experienced and willing to give up their time to support students.’
The School of Health and Rehabilitation is celebrating three consecutive years of 100% student satisfaction (Unistats 2016) in a fantastic rating for our BSc (Hons) Physiotherapy programme in the National Student Survey, 2016.
As well as recognising our excellent facilities on campus (100% library resources, 98% access to IT resources, Unistats 2016) students also praised our dynamic, committed teaching staff in their reviews of the course; ‘Amazing university, with lots of extra learning opportunities”. Other comments included “Staff that can really be depended on for help if you need it; They really take on student’s feedback and use it to develop the course for all involved; Best university experience I could have hoped for, the Physiotherapy programme is engaging, professional and sets you up for a career to be proud of.” The School are proud to have been awarded “100% satisfaction for staff are good at explaining things, 96% for staff make subject interesting and 96% for I received sufficient support/advice” (Unistats, 2016).
This great success follows the school’s fantastic results in the Guardian University League Table 2017, which awarded 4th place in the UK to Physiotherapy at Keele with 100% graduate prospects 6 months after graduation. The team at SHAR are immensely proud of our achievements and continue to strive to make Keele one of the best programmes on offer to future physiotherapists in the UK.
