Payment

We accept both cash and card payments for treatments.

If patients are unable to attend an appointment (and inform us more than 24 hours before the appointment) it is instead moved to when the patient can next attend.

If a patient cancels their appointment less than 24 hours before they are due to attend or fails to attend they will need to pay for the appointment in full.

What to Expect

Initial appointment: This first physiotherapy session is an hour-long consultation and is centred around what the patient wants to achieve from the session. There is an initial discussion around the problem that has brought the patient to us, then a hands-on assessment is completed. At this point the physiotherapist will diagnose the problem they assess is present.

Treatment options such as hands on treatment and rehabilitation are recommended or administered depending on the timeframe still available. A prognosis, timeframe and plan is then offered to the patient and it is decided whether further sessions are required or whether there are ways for the patient to self-manage their problem though exercise.

Follow-up: A follow up appointment can either be an hour or half hour. This depends on the patient, their problem and what the physiotherapist thinks is best to improve the injury.

Sport Massage This is a 30 minute session done with one of our physiotherapists when there is no injury to be assessed, where the aim is to promote recovery or manage previous injuries that have been assessed.
