Students as Researchers
As part of the MSc in Environmental Sustainability and Green Technology based in the Sustainability Hub, we provide students with the option of undertaking their Dissertation Research projects with our industrial partners. If you have a project that you think would be suitable for one of our students, or would like to find out more about this option, please contact Dr Sharon George.
Students undertaking the BSc Environment and Sustainability Programme are able to take a module in 'work based training'. We are always looking for interesting and innovative work-based opportunities for our very able students. Research and Development
Keele has a varied and high quality range of active research activities including that using world-leading laboratory equipment and knowledge. We are keen to foster collaborations in research and development in areas of green technology and sustainability. We can help with your development needs through consultancy services or collaborative research and have experience in research proposal writing and project management. Keele has expertise in the following areas:

- Waste management, pollution and remediation
- Biofuel and biodiesel testing

Knowledge Transfer Partnerships (KTP's)
KPT is a UK wide programme designed to help business improve their competitiveness and productivity through better use of knowledge, technology and skills. A KTP is a three-way project partnership between a business, Keele University and a recently qualified high calibre graduate, known as the associate.
