Keele University – Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms carefully before using the online payment facility. Using the online payment facility on this website indicates that you accept these terms. If you do not accept these terms do not use this facility. All payments are subject to the following conditions.

Student Fee Payments
  • Failure to pay tuition fees by the due date will result in the loss of right to pay by instalments and the full fee will become due immediately. Non-payment of Tuition fees will result in your withdrawal from the University.

  • Failure to pay residence fees by the due date will result in the loss of right to pay by instalments and the full fee will become due immediately. Non-payment of Residence fees will result in your withdrawal from University accommodation.

  • A late fee will be applied to overdue amounts.

  • Your attention is drawn to Regulation 14 which can be viewed on the University website http://www.keele.ac.uk/regulations/regulation14/

  • All payments made through this Online Payment Facility must be made in £ Sterling. Any currency conversion costs or other charges incurred shall be payable by the Student or the third party making payment, and shall not be deductible from the amounts due to the University.

  • The University is registered with the Information Commissioner under the terms of the Data Protection Act 1998. Information held on our systems must be collected and used fairly, stored safely and not disclosed to any other person unlawfully.
