The 2018 Homecoming

We are also going global!

What is Homecoming?

Keele's Homecoming falls at the end of the academic year to welcome back our alumni, especially last year's leavers, to join current students. The Homecoming tradition didn't really exist in the UK until Keele invented it - we invite you back to your old home from home. We extend an especially warm welcome to last year's leavers - our newest alumni - and all Classes and generations are very welcome.

The Alumni team and Students Union created the first Keele Homecoming in 2008 and the first "Never Forget" disco was attended by over 350 alumni. Our dream is for Homecoming to be that regular sunny day in your diary on which you can get together with your circle of friends. Homecoming will never become "institutionalised" - it's a day for you and your friends - while Alumni HQ, the Union and the KPA focus on helping you have a good time at Keele!

However, this year we are ramping things up! We know that all you Keelite's are spread far and wide around the world, so we are bringing Keele to you! With our first official being held on the same day. We are encouraging you to all celebrate your time at Keele in your own way, whether that be a selfie from the beach, or raising a glass with good Keele friends, or new Keele friends you met at an alumni organised event, we want you to be proud of what you have achieved since graduating!

To stay in the loop, and for all updates relating to events and news from Keele, update your details here.

We acknowledge the generous support of Keele University Students' Union and the Keele Postgraduate Association for hosting and helping with Homecoming.
