We deliver a fun and varied timetable of fitness and exercise classes at the Sports Centre each week. Our classes offer a range of choice, including Circuits, Spinning, Zumba, Stretch and Relax and more! All classes are free to customers holding full year, academic year, 3 month and 1 month memberships.

All classes are FREE to those on either the full year membership or the 3 month membership
How to book
Classes can be booked online here. Alternatively you can book by dropping in to the Sports Centre reception, or calling us on 01782 733368. We will require payment when you make the booking.
- All classes require booking and payment in advance
- Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the class starts (all customers must sign in at the Sports Centre reception)
- We recommend you bring a drink and towel to all classes and please inform the class instructor of any relevant medical conditions before the class starts
- If you are unable to attend a class you have booked, please cancel your place up to 24 hours in advance. Any bookings cancelled within 24 hours or not attended will incur a charge for the class (including members on all inclusive memberships)
We update our class timetable each term so if you have any feedback or suggestions for new classes, please feel free to let us know at the Sports Centre reception desk or by emailing email@example.com.
