Students with families
Coming to University can be a challenge if you are bringing your family. A small number of flats are available, but at peak times we may not be able to provide campus accommodation for all applicants bringing a family.
There is an abundance of private accommodation locally and we can help with your search. For more information please look at our website: www.keelestudentpad.co.uk or email: email@example.com or telephone our office: 01782 733065. We can assist you in searching for a suitable property.

For either one semester or the academic year - one or two bedroom furnished flats/houses within the halls of residence. Shorter occupancies are available, subject to availability. Prices start at £156 per week*. You will need to pay a deposit and make a payment towards your first instalment.
Off campus properties – accommodation in the local area varies in price from £350 to £850 per calendar month* depending on the quality of the accommodation. Prices do not include utilities or Council Tax. We can provide information on the local area and assist with appointments to meet landlords/Letting Agents.
There are a range of properties available from apartments/flats – houses and shared houses and many of these are in the town of Newcastle (under-Lyme) or the neighbouring villages which are a short bus journey from the university. Newcastle is a small market town with its own cinema, shops, restaurants and supermarkets. For more information please see 'Living off campus'.
University Accommodation – Payable in advance (via credit or debit card).
Off campus accommodation – we can help to arrange this but this must be paid direct by you to the Landlord or Letting Agent. Most Lettings Agents or Landlords will require an advance payment and if visiting from overseas this will be easier to arrange whilst you are here.
