Our community:

Learning to live well

Keele takes a whole organisation approach to the health and wellbeing of our students, young people and staff, so that it permeates every aspect of our work and is embedded across all policies, cultures, curricula and practice. Our vision is to promote the health and wellbeing of our community and nurture the physical, social, psychological and spiritual wellbeing of our students and staff to enable them to fulfil their potential.

Keele is one of the few universities with an executive commitment to the UK Healthy Universities Network. We look across all aspects of the student journey to support effective transitions into, through, and out of higher education. To deliver benefits to all students through the implementation of early intervention systems and improved referral processes, and a step change in support to and from NHS partners. We are determined to influence the development of best practice on a sector stage.
