Aims
To enable you to demonstrate critical thinking, decision-making and team-working skills to manage and provide continuity of person-centred care in partnership with people with healthcare needs, their families and carers.
To support the development of your presentation skills.
To prepare you for the numeracy examination.

Intended Learning Outcomes

Use best evidence to critically evaluate safe and effective assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of person-centred care whilst recognising, responding to and understanding physiological and psychosocial changes, drawing on underpinning
anatomy and physiology.: 1

Breakdown of active learning hours:
In situ- 13.5hrs / Synchronous-13.5hrs (Lectures, discussion, seminars, tutorials, workshops, assessment preparation).
Asynchronous- 7hrs (Guided independent study including preparation for scheduled sessions, follow up work).

Independent study- 116hrs (Wider reading, revision, assessment preparation)
