The module is concerned with the development of skills that are key to successful management practice, including effective leadership, coaching, and mentoring, and managing others and change. Critical reflection on the relationship between theory and practice is also emphasised via the consideration of real-world contexts.
Aims
The module aims to provide students with opportunities to develop a deeper understanding of the development of soft skills, necessary for a business leader.
