Aims
To explore and critically analyse the legal framework concerning breach/liability, defences and remedies in Obligations, as reflected in the contractual and tortious spheres, how to apply these rules to given factual situations and what are the effects of the key judicial decisions and statutory provisions which apply in this area. The module will also reflect on key differences and commonalities on the way in which the contractual and tortious spheres respond to these issues.
