Description of Module Assessment

1: Portfolio weighted 0%
A portfolio of academic skill-based tasks.
A portfolio of competency-based learning tasks to be complete during the students' first semester at Keele University. These class-based tasks are designed to specifically develop and demonstrate minimum competency levels in a range of core academic and digital skills that have identified in education literature as gate-keepers to success in Higher Education. All tasks are considered vital for student progression on programme. Due consideration will be given students unable to complete a task. Targeted make-up sessions for whole groups of students will be provided, to ensure that all students have the opportunity to develop and demonstrate the identified minimum competencies.

2: Assignment weighted 100%
AI generated video interview
A personal reflection (1000 words) and action plan (500 words) drawing upon the student's experience and outcome of (i) creating a CV for a professional role of their choice and (ii) undertaking an AI generated video interview for the role (i.e. AI generated questions drawn from the student's CV submission for a specific identified professional role within the sport, exercise, health or rehabilitation industry).
