Aims
To enable students to enhance their employability, their preparedness to secure and keep jobs, and to undertake ongoing personal and professional development while employed.

12 hours whole group workshops plus 1 hour debrief on work experience

1: Portfolio weighted 100%
Portfolio of Career Development Related exercises
4000 word portfolio, consisting of a range of exercises, which are likely to include: 2000 word reflective evaluation of work experience; Job application completed to a professional standard; Skills audit; Statement of values and personal priorities.
