During this third-year module for BSc (Hons) Health and Wellbeing you will learn about the importance of leadership and effective team working in health and wellbeing promotion. You will work together in small groups of 4 - 6 students to plan, implement and evaluate a health and wellbeing promotion event, and will reflect on their own and their team members' contribution to this. This will enable you to consider your own strengths, limitations and future employability skills relating to leadership, team working and promoting health and wellbeing.
Aims

Description of Module Assessment
1: Reflective Analysis weighted 50%A 3,000 word reflective analysis with a focus on leadership and teamworking in health promotion,A 3,000 word reflective analysis which focuses on leadership and team working in the promotion of health and wellbeing. This includes critical reflection on own strengths and limitations relating to leadership behaviours and qualities, and effective team working skills with reference to the group health and wellbeing promotion event and future employability.
2: Group Presentation weighted 50%A 25 minute Group Presentation with a further 5 minutes for questionsA 25 minute group presentation by 4 - 6 students based on the planning, implementation and evaluation of a formative team health and wellbeing event. Team members will self-assess and peer assess their fellow team members' contribution to the event and presentation using a group assessment tool and this will form part of the individual assessment mark for each student.
