No Time to Waste - Resources for a Climate Emergency on a Post Pandemic Planet

Webinar recorded 17 June 2020

Business opportunities have been created by a possibly changed/accelerated approach to waste following Covid-19.

The shutdown in the global economy created a series of shock waves, one of which was a realisation that our dependence/ interdependence on a global supply chain has left us vulnerable to a global economic problem.

One solution to improving the robustness of the materials supply chain is to use less, re-use more and recycle more.

In this webinar, Keele University representatives will be joined by President of The Chartered Institute of Wastes Management (CIWM) Trevor Nicoll to explore the questions around what sustainable resources are available to businesses currently and after the pandemic.

Our business sessions will stream live from the Smart Innovation Hub at Keele University in Staffordshire in partnership with Hixon Group. The online sessions are a great way for you to share your questions and ideas with experts in the field.
