The New Enterprise Bootcamp

27 & 28 November 2019 

A two-day Bootcamp that has been designed to support innovative and ambitious entrepreneurs and business owners that are in the early stages of their business life cycle.

Aiming to give you the tools and skills necessary to strengthen your product and/or service offer, the course will help you to fully realise your goals by challenging the assumptions that underlie your business plan and validate your products.

Across the two days, participants will attend a number of sessions on specific aspects of business, with speakers from Keele University academics and directors as well as local businesses.

Understanding management accounts with a keen emphasis on cash flow management. Debt management
