New Product & Service Development
Creating new and adapting and re-interpreting existing products and services is more critical than ever to contributing to business survival and success.
The Keele Research and Innovation Support Programme can assist in the evaluation and testing of new products and services, including user acceptance, feature preference, developing minimum viable products and materials testing and characterisation.
App-based social learning platform, SwattUp, went from idea to reality with the help of the Keele Research and Innovation Support Programme (KRISP) who helped develop the new product applcation.
"The idea for SwattUp had been around for a few years but we never had the capacity to properly research the value proposition. KRISP provided the perfect catalyst to get the product and new business off the ground"
