Digital Acceleration, Transformation and Innovation

The impact of Covid-19 means that most businesses have been moving rapidly up the adoption curve for new technology, bringing forward and deploying systems sometimes years ahead of when we would have expected to.

As we now move out of the initial reactive stage of this, the Research and Innovation Support can assist in re-evaluating adopted technology and moving it on to a more planned, considered and impactful basis. We can assist in areas such as:

  • Digital marketing operations and strategy

  • Delivering training and supporting staff digitally

  • Rebuilding customer engagement and interaction

  • Revaluating the substantially increased volume and range of data accumulated by business.

Case study

Rugged Flat screen producer, Flatvision, took part on the Keele Research and Innovation Programme and having looked back helping with digital acceleration supporting a online protal and improving end-to-end workflow processes.

"Without having the fully-funded support and the resources on board to create an online portal and business workflow assessment I wouldn’t of have brought this product to market in the timescale we have, and whether we would have achieved this at all I don’t know.”

- Martin Bose, Company Director, Flatvision
