To mark the conclusion of a successful first year of the Radiography (Diagnostic Imaging) programme, the School of Allied Health Professions welcomed practice educators and external stakeholders to our inaugural ‘Clinical Liaison Day’ for the opportunity to share good practice and feedback on new developments within the school.

During the day, educators were provided with updates and were able to evaluate the progress of the 1st year of the programme, network with colleagues and join in an open forum.

The day concluded with Prof Anand Pandyan (Head of School) presenting the educator mentor awards to educators who had been nominated by students for outstanding practice in their educator role. Each certificate included the nomination statements provided by the students. Award winners were:

Alison Leigh “She is a lovely person and is so supportive.”
