At Hawthorns we pride ourselves on being a team and our mission is to make your stay as comfortable as possible. We are here to listen and help you have an enjoyable stay with us. We aim to achieve a seamless service for all the residents and welcome any feed-back from you at any time

Members of our team include the Accommodation Services Manager, Supervisors, Cleaners, Stewards, the Residence Support Coordinator and Residence Support Assistants. We all have different roles and contact details but as a team if one of us is not available you can contact another member of the team who will pass on the enquiry to the relevant person.
