How do I Pay my Accommodation Deposit?

You will need to pay your deposit before 31st August unless your offer of accommodation arrives after that date (in which case you can make the payment when you accept the offer).   You will be asked to pay £450 and this consists of £150 room deposit which is refundable when you leave (less any charges for damage) and £300 advance payment which will be deducted from your first instalment of accommodation fees.

Accommodation fees are payable in 3 instalments:

  • October – 40% of the overall accommodation fee less £300 advance payment
  • January – 40% of the overall accommodation fee
  • May – 20% of the overall accommodation fee

You can pay via your E-vision account and can follow this through when you accept your offer – this is all done on-line.   Sometimes your E-vision account may not be activated until nearer your arrival time.  If this is the case you can also pay by telephoning the Income Office:  01782 733152/734234.
