Discipline
We hope that you will enjoy your time at Keele and behave in a manner which shows respect for others around you. Should it be necessary, the Residential Managers will deal with any discipline matters in the Halls of Residence. Incidents of unacceptable behavior, and actions resulting from such behaviour, are classified in levels and are dealt with in the following ways:
- Residential Managers are accountable for all disciplinary actions within level 1 and act as the discipline officers.
- They are responsible for collating evidence for discipline matters for level 2 and 3.
- For matters deemed more serious then level 1 and classified as level 2, student conduct panels are formed. Residential Managers collate information and present evidence to the panel.
- For matters deemed more serious then level 1 and 2 and classified as level 3, discipline panels are formed. Residential Managers collate information and present evidence to the panel
