Student Welfare

Here at Keele your welfare is very important to us. We aim to provide as much support as possible covering all aspects of your life, academic or otherwise.

Residential Managers and Resident Tutors look after your welfare and discipline when you live in the halls of residence.

One of us is available 24 hours a day throughout the year.

Living in such a large community can present challenges but we make sure that you have the support you need and that everyone respects each other and their environment.  Student Discipline is important and information can be found in Regulation 20.

 

You can also get support, advice and guidance from staff in Student Support and Development Services (SSDS).

If you have a disability or a health issue, then staff in Disability and Dyslexia Support are available to provide support and guidance.
